By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the web development, UI/UX design, or digital services provided by Pixelbloommedia, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please cease using this site immediately.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless explicitly stated in client contract agreements, all custom code scripts, layout systems, assets, animations, and typography configurations developed by the agency remain our intellectual property. Upon final invoice payment, complete usage copyrights of custom product designs transfer to the respective client.
3. User Obligations
You agree to use our site and services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from attempting to compromise server nodes, executing denial-of-service processes, downloading restricted directory resources, or utilizing data-scraping script bots without our express permission.
4. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Pixelbloommedia, its directors, or its developers be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or accidental data losses, project interruptions, or server outages that occur after codebases have been deployed to staging or production targets.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal claims or actions arising out of your use of our digital platforms shall be resolved exclusively within the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
